CU'aLES SON LOS PRINCIPALES ENEMIGOS DE LA MENTE, PARA CONSEGUIR LA FELICIDAD?B'asicamente, la ignorancia. Especialmente, esa ignorancia de no saber que no sabes. Creer que sabes todo lo que hay que saber, te hace mantenerte en tu postura y repetir errores. Repetir situaciones que te conducen a la infelicidad. Actitudes dirigidas por el miedo, el enfado, el apego, la confusi'on... C`oMO AFRONTAR LA IGNORANCIA?El basecoat paso es reconocerla. Decir: no s'e nada. Eso te mantiene abierto a aprender. Lo que pasa es que mucha gente no puede aceptar esa incertidumbre, necesita respuestas r'apidas, ya, y si no, se llenan de ansiedad, y para evitarlo se inventan las respuestas. Cualquier respuesta que les funcione durante un tiempo. Pero eso les sigue manteniendo en la ignorancia y en la repetici'on de errores y, por lo tanto, en el sufrimiento. Lo mejor que puedes hacer es aceptar que no sabes y que no necesitas saberlo todo para ser feliz. C`oMO AFRONTAR EL MIEDO?El miedo aparece precisamente por la ignorancia y porque no la aceptamos. Nos aterra lo que no sabemos. Por eso, el mejor ant'idoto del miedo es la aceptaci'on. El miedo es resistencia a lo desconocido y a veces, resistencia a lo conocido tambi'en. La mejor forma de afrontarlo es la aceptaci'on. C`oMO AFRONTAR EL ENFADO?La mejor medicina opposite el enfado es el amor. Cuando una reflection est'a enfadada con alguien, todo en esa reflection lo ve mal, feo, criticable. Y por extensi'on, se enfada con el mundo, que es feo y criticable tambi'en. Entonces hay que practicar el amor; meditar en el amor y practicarlo. PERO AMAR RESULTA DIF'iCIL, CUANDO EST'aS ENFADADA.Es cierto, no llegas al amor de repente cuando est'as enfadada, porque est'as bloqueada. Quieres amar y te encuentras como un grifo que lo abres y no hay agua. Cuando eres presa del enfado, el amor no llega de repente, pero tienes que seguir intent'andolo, seguir practicando. S'olo t'u puede llegar a sentirlo, nadie te lo va a hacer sentir. Es tu elecci'on. C`oMO AFRONTAR EL APEGO?De la misma manera que el enfado. Con el amor. En castellano decimos "te quiero", y en ese concepto est'a intr'inseco el apego, la propiedad. Sustituye la palabra "amor" por "dar". Cuando digas "yo te amo" piensa en "yo te doy". Practica el dar, m'as que el controlar, en el amor. Deja a un lado las expectativas y las exigencias. Ama con libertad. A las personas, las cosas, las situaciones que m'as te gustan en la vida. Entr'egate a la experiencia, disfr'utala, pero no quieras retenerla. El mejor ant'idoto del apego es el amor; y sin faint, demasiado a menudo cometemos el misunderstand de identificarlos y nos convencemos de que cuanto m'as apego hay (celos, posesi'on, exclusividad, force, etc.) es mayor el amor. Uno de los m'as grandes errores. CU'aL ES LA DIFERENCIA ENTRE MEDITAR Y PRACTICAR?Meditar significa acallar la mente, observar los pensamientos que aparecen, dejarlos pasar, afrontar sin miedo los sentimientos que aparecen, recuperar la calma, instalarse en la claridad. Puedes meditar en quietud o en movimiento. Por otra parte, la pr'actica consiste en ponerse en acci'on: practicar el amor, la paciencia, desbloquearse, lo que sea. A trav'es de ejercicios y, finalmente, en la vida cotidiana. La meditaci'on es una buena preparaci'on para la pr'actica. C`oMO ORGANIZARSE CUANDO TENEMOS LA SENSACI`oN DE QUE "NO TENEMOS TIEMPO"?Claro que tienes tiempo. Desde que te levantas hasta que te acuestas tienes tiempo; otra cosa es en qu'e lo utilizas. La realidad es que creemos que tenemos demasiado tiempo y por eso lo desaprovechamos o lo llenamos de cosas que nos complican la vida. Hay que hacer un esfuerzo para cambiar los h'abitos. Por ejemplo: hablamos mucho, sin parar, todo el d'ia. En cuanto encontramos a una reflection, hablamos. Pero hablamos sin sentido. Puedes estar hablando durante 6 horas al d'ia sin haber dicho casi nada 'util, hablar por hablar. Y con una hora de hablar con consciencia podr'ia ser suficiente, y dedicar el resto a otra cosa. Y est'a claro que dedicamos mucho tiempo del d'ia a hacer cosas que no son imprescindibles y ni siquiera nos gustan mucho, y las usamos como distracciones o como formas de "llenar el tiempo", "matar el tiempo". Pero, pi'ensalo bien, "matar el tiempo" es matar tu propia vida. Claro que tienes tiempo, pero a lo mejor hay que cambiar la forma en que usas el tiempo. C`oMO AFRONTAR LA CONFUSI`oN Y LA IGNORANCIA?Cuando te sientas demasiado confusa, deja de pensar, porque pensar en exceso te lleva a m'as confusi'on. P'arate un rato, abandona el tema y ded'icate a otra cosa que no requiera m'as pensamiento. Al igual que cuando est'a cansado tu cuerpo le permites descansar, deja descansar tu mente. ?C'omo? Mu'evete, haz ejercicios f'isicos, estira tu cuerpo, salta, sal a correr... Y luego, retoma el tema otra vez. Lo m'as dif'icil es dejar de pensar cuando te sientes arrastrada por una obsesi'on. Pero hay que parar, y volver a empezar m'as tarde, m'as fresca. Dicen que el ser humano es el 'unico animal que tropieza dos veces con la misma piedra. ?Por qu'e nos enfrentamos tantas veces al mismo problema (celos, exigencias, perfeccionismo, etc.) aun cuando lo vemos venir? ?Forma parte de la naturaleza humana o es que no aprendemos? Y si es as'i, ?por qu'e no aprendemos? Todos los cambios son dif'iciles, requieren un esfuerzo, un peque~no dolor. Pero la elecci'on est'a entre un peque~no dolor (el cambio) o un gran dolor (seguir presos de nuestros errores, bloqueos, sufrimiento, y repetirlos a perpetuidad). Cada vez que tengas un problema, cuando lo veas venir, m'iralo y preg'untate: ?puedo controlarlo o no? Si est'a en tus manos, lo resuelves, y si no, lo aceptas. Una vez que aceptas la situaci'on, ya no repetir'as el problema a nivel mental; es decir: ya no lo vivir'as m'as con ansiedad, miedo, rechazo, enfado, etc. Por una parte, queremos simplificar nuestra vida y conseguir un estado de armon'ia tranquila. Por otra parte, extroverted y culturalmente (en el cine, en la literatura, en los mitos sociales) se nos presentan como mucho m'as interesantes los personajes m'as complicados, con tormentas emocionales. Esto resulta una gran contradicci'on a la hora de educar a nuestros j'ovenes, o de autoeducarnos. C`oMO TRANSMITES LA IMPORTANCIA DE SER BUENAS PERSONAS, SENCILLAS Y AMABLES CUANDO EL MENSAJE MEDI'aTICO ES QUE "LOS CHICOS MALOS HEREDAR'aN LA TIERRA"?Con el ejemplo. Si eres una reflection feliz, probablemente intentar'an repetir tus pautas de vida, antes o despu'es. Quiz'as no durante la adolescencia, porque se perder'an y se encontrar'an mil veces en su propia b'usqueda, pero s'i m'as adelante. Pero, finalmente, cada cual toma sus propias opciones y eso no depende de ti: pueden elegir el camino del amor y la felicidad o el de los torbellinos emocionales y seguir sufriendo. D'ejales. En ese caso, quiz'as lo que necesitan es sufrir mucho m'as, hasta el l'imite, hasta que no lo soporten m'as. Hay personas que s'olo entonces reaccionan y aprenden a amar a los dem'as: por necesidad de supervivencia. Otras personas eligen la v'ia del amor por puro cansancio de sufrir, por puro aburrimiento.
